Providing Auto Enrolment advice, preparation and support

As an employer you have legal responsibilities to provide and pay into a suitable Workplace Pension Scheme for your qualifying employees. Strict minimum rules apply on which non-compliance is NOT an option (unless you like financial ruin). Amongst other matters, you must decide on:

  • The provider of your Pension Scheme
  • The contributions that you and your employees will pay into the Pension
  • The method of enrolment (Auto Enrolment or Contractual Enrolment)
  • The deferment period before employees are enrolled
  • Communication and employee engagement methods
  • The integration with your payroll
  • Your audit and reporting processes
  • Salary Exchange (or otherwise)
  • How you wish to promote the Pension Scheme
