All too often we meet with employers who spend significant sums on their staff benefits, only for details to be filed ‘in the kitchen drawer’ by their staff, with no value and little or no understanding on the employee’s behalf.

Whilst effective marketing can help, in our experience, direct employee engagement cannot be beaten. We are told time and time again by those attending our face-to-face clinics that these are amongst the most informative and enlightening meetings they have had with any employer – with employees leaving their meeting with a real understanding and appreciation of what is being provided for them. Indeed, it is often a factor in helping with job retention.
